LADY LUCK ELECTRONICS REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
By using Lady Luck Electronics, the user accepts the following Refund Policy. Variations or alterations to the following Refund Policy shall only be binding upon Lady Luck Electronics, if agreed to in writing. Lady Luck Electronics reserves the right to terminate this Refund Policy with immediate effect.
2. Refund Request
You can request a refund for purchased unused, unexpired bids at any time, by submitting a written request to our Customer Support at:

Requests via phone or any other means will not be accepted.
Upon a duly submitted refund request, and having an account in good standing, Lady Luck Electronics will make every effort to complete your refund request.
Refund requests for bids will only be issued for purchased unused, unexpired bids. Refund requests for an end auction price will only be issued in accordance with the Returns and Cancellations section of Lady Luck Electronics Terms and Conditions. Upon request, Lady Luck Electronics will refund the balance of your purchased unused, unexpired bids in the event you choose to terminate your account as permitted under the Terms and Conditions or in the event that Lady Luck Electronics terminates the Terms and Conditions without serious cause.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
Free Bids, Registration Bids, Referral Bids, Promotional Bids, and Won Bids are not eligible for a refund. Refund requests for bids that have been used on an auction and expired bids are not eligible and will not be refunded.
Lady Luck Electronics reserves the right to deny repetitive refund requests (more than once for any given type of Product). No refunds shall be given for bids that are not directly acquired online from Lady Luck Electronics.
User accounts found not to be in good standing due to the reasons of, but not limited to, fraudulent behavior, excessive refund requests and other such behavior as deemed a breach of Lady Luck Electronics Terms and Conditions will not be eligible for refunds.
In the event of a system outage, or in the event of a slow internet connection, Lady Luck Electronics is not liable to refund bids.
4. Payment of Refund
All refunds shall be paid to the person who initially purchased the bids, either through the original payment method used, or any other reasonable payment method to be determined by Lady Luck Electronics in its sole discretion. Upon a successful refund payment your bid account balance shall be adjusted accordingly.
