How can I pay for my bids?
You can pay for your BidPacks by credit card or debit card via PayPal.

PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner´s Club and EnRoute.

NOTE: You must have a confirmed address in order to purchase bids through PayPal.

How can I pay for auctions I´ve won?
You can pay for your BidPacks and won auctions by credit card or debit card via PayPal.

NOTE: You must have a confirmed address in order to purchase bids through PayPal.

How do I use my bids from lost auctions to pay for a won auction?
When you win an auction, you will receive an email notifying you. You should go to Lady Luck Electronics and sign into your account. There you will find the link to pay for your auction. Within 24 hrs of paying for your auction, we will check your account for the bids you have placed on auctions dated prior to winning this auction. We will send you an email to tell you how many bids/credits you have to use towards your won auction. We will refund to you the amount of your bids/credits. PLEASE NOTE: Bids/Credits placed on auctions that you won will not be credited for the won auction or for future auctions since you won this auction. Those bids are not creditable.

Sometimes you may have enough bids to pay the whole final auction price. Sometimes you may have only enough to pay part of the final auction price. The amount of bids/credits you have depends on how many bids you have placed on other auctions and have not won.

How secure are your payment methods?
Your security and privacy are extremely important to us. We use high-security encoding (SSL) to protect your payment details when processing your online payments.

We do not receive any of your financial information, so there is never a fear of anyone accessing your information.
