How do I change my password?
After you log onto Lady Luck Electronics, go to My Account. Under My Profile click Change Password to change it.

What do I do, if I´ve forgotten my password or user name?
On the Login page or the Register page, there is a link to reset your password. Select the link "Click here to reset your password" and we will send you an email that will contain your UserName and Password.

Due to security reasons, we must request that you change your Lady Luck Electronics password after you receive your information.

How do I subscribe to/unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To Subscribe to our Newsletter:
Go to the My Account Dashboad. Under My Profile, click on Edit Profile. Select the "Sign up for the newsletter?" option and you will automatically be added to our Lady Luck Electronics newsletter.

To Unsubscribe from our Newsletter:
Go to the My Account Dashboad. Under My Profile, click on Edit Profile. Deselect the "Sign up for the newsletter?" option and you will automatically be taken off of our Lady Luck Electronics newsletter.

Can I change my username?
Unfortunately, your username cannot be changed.

When you register, please be careful to select a username that will not cause offence to others or abuses the rights of third parties.

If you notice such a username, please contact our Customer Service.

How do I add or change my address?
After you log onto Lady Luck Electronics, go to the My Account Dashboad. Under My Profile, click My Addresses.

You can only store one delivery address and one billing address.

Your billing address will also be verified through PayPal.

We will ship the item to your name and delivery address entered in your Lady Luck Electronics account.

***Please Note: We do verify your Billing and Delivery addresses. Your address must be a confirmed address in order to buy BidPacks.

Can I change my first name and surname?
Yes, you can change your first name and surname; however, we don’t recommend it. It tends to lend to confusion because your customer number that was assigned to you when you signed up does not change. All activity prior to the name change will still be linked to any new name you choose.

Where can I check my bids account?
After you log onto Lady Luck Electronics, go to the My Account Dashboad. Under My Details, click My Bids.

There you will see the number of bids you currently have in your account.

Where can I check how many auctions I have won?
After you log onto Lady Luck Electronics, go to the My Account Dashboad. Under My Details, click Won Auctions. There you will see all of the auctions that you have won.

How do I delete my account?
To close your account, you must contact Customer Service. We will check your account to ensure there are no payments pending etc.

We will close your account when your account is settled. We will send you an email stating the account was closed."

Can I change my email address?
If you want to change your e-mail address, log onto Lady Luck Electronics, go to the My Account Dashboad. Under My Profile, click Edit Profile.

How long are Free Bids valid for?
During Lady Luck Electronics marketing promotions, Free Bids that are awarded normally expire 7 days after they were issued. Occasionally, Free Bids may have a shorter validity, but this will be clearly displayed.

Free Bids that are won in auctions have no expiry date and are valid indefinitely.

When bidding, any Free Bids in your account are always placed before purchased bids.
